Lis Wiehl is an American journalist and legal analyst who previously worked as an analyst for Fox News analyst.
She is adjunct professor of Law at New York Law School. Previously she was the associate professor at Law University of Washington Law School. She also has provided legal commentary for Bill O'Reilly's radio show as well as National Public Radio. She was a regular guest of The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly, The Kelly File with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl was a graduate of West Valley High School, Yakima. She was born in Yakima. She received her bachelor's degree from Barnard College, followed by an MA in literature from the University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl worked as a prosecutor at the US Attorney's office. She was a legal reporter for NPR's All Things Considered. She was "the the deputy chief investigator for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee at the moment of Clinton's impeachment." Her time at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle was from 1995 until 2001. She ran the school's Trial Advocacy Program. The analyst was with Fox News from 2001 until the year 2017.
